Formed in Delhi by Suryakant Sawhney after years in San Francisco, PCRC fold Sinatra croon, Indian classical phrasing, gypsy jazz and lounge psychedelia into songs that sound like they were broadcast from a 1950s hotel bar that exists in no specific country.
